Commodore's Cruise Day 4 - Sidney

Today we stayed in Sidney and enjoyed not having to go anywhere. We did some reading, walked into town and did a little shopping. We got some groceries so we should be set until we get to Vancouver where we can get provisions for the last part of our trip.

This evening dinner was a "bring your own meat" potluck. We gathered in a large tent that we reserved and had a wonderful dinner of steaks and all the good food people brought, I made Robyn's eclair squares dessert which is always a hit. And it was tonight! It was an easy dessert to make on the boat so I think it will become one of my standard recipes for cruising.  It was fun visiting with everyone and we made final plans for tomorrow where we will be taking a short trip to Ladysmith.
